Sažetak
The group of 25 ulcerative colitis patients, clasified as mild and moderate were observed for developing pseudopolypes. We concluded that the two of tree elevated laboratory parameters (PIIP, CRP, C4) can improve decision making in developing pseudopolyposis and remission. When we used PIIP, CRP and C4 in decision making, the positive predictive value and accuracy was 90% and 93% respectively, and Powell-Tuck index were only 60% and 64% respectively.
