Sažetak
In this work we analyzed disturbances of amino acid transport in rats with experimental hyperphenylalaninaemia. Liver and brain cortex slices from rats made hyperphenylalaninaemic withp- chlorophenylalanine showed decreased leucine uptake but increased uptake of tryptophan and glycine.
