Sažetak
1’, 2’-Unsaturated secoadenosine and secouridine analogues were synthesized by the base promoted regioselective elimination of corresponding ditosylates. Eficient and selective O-detritylation of these acid sensitive compounds was achieved by ZnBr, in dichloromethane.
