Sažetak
Retrograde chess analysis can be applied to several very different chess problems. These problems are often mutually so different that we can say that they belong to different domains. In the existing literature, there are no overviews or classifications of. As a result, under the names "retrograde chess problems" and "retrograde chess analysis" only small subsets of many types of problems are considered. In this paper we give an overview of retrograde chess analysis and our classification of retrograde chess problems. We also give an overview of various computer approaches for each of the retrograde chess types of problems.
