Sažetak
Republic of Croatia's used EU preaccession funds in order to achieve development and progress. With full membership in EU, Croatia is enabled to use resources of the Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund. These funds generate positive effects on the macroeconomic situation in the country, and it is necessary to consider the real aspect of their using In measuring the real effects of EU funding is usually used HERMIN model. Using this is possible to identify the impact of EU funds on macroeconomic stability, economic sectors and components of expenditure.
