Sažetak
We tried to establish relationship between different mathematical indicators of reconstructed signal quality and medical expert's opinion. We tested several, widely used, algorithms on samples from MIT-BIH database. During evaluation of reconstructed signal quality. Using exposed method, the higest level of distortion for different ECG pathologies and for each of the tested compression algorithms can be determined.
