Sažetak
Permanent information revolution influences the way authors create and distribute content. Faced with rampant piracy and user antagonism towards digital rights management technologies, copyright protection of digital content faces unique challanges. Through self-regulation authors and content industry have developed new types of formular contracts with the goal to conciliate postive legal framework of copyright protection to new patterns of user and author behaviour in the digital domain. Creative Commons license agreements are a widely accepted licensing model with important repercussions for both the users as well as content creators. This article explores their validity within the Croatian legal system.
