Sažetak
Thirty fove patients with acute ecrotizing pancreatitis were followed up during the 1993- 1995 period using Ranson and Imrie scoring system.The use od ROC analysis revealed the Ranson scoring system to have higher specificity, thus a higher predictive value for he severity and outcome of the disease, especialy in patients with greater score, than Imrie scoring sistem. Sensitiviti was identical in booth scoring systems. Ba increasing the broderline, increased the accuracy of Ranson score,
