Sažetak
This paper proposes a general simulation driven procedure for designing capacities in multiservice networks. Our approach is
alternative and can be used to obtain satisfying results without any limitations imposed by analytic approaches. The procedure is based on running the simulation which drives a routine which adjusts resource capacity so that the blocking probability of connections being established is below a predefined tolerance. We
analyze the procedure and present results showing preciseness and correctness of the results obtained by the procedure.
