Sažetak
In this report a neural-network-based identification of direct and diffuse solar irradiance models as static functions of geographical and weather data is proposed. For this purpose we use weather data ofWashington DC Dulles Intl. Airport (WDC Dulles) for the 10 year time period, available in National Solar Radiation Data Base (NSRDB).
