Sažetak
To assess the possibilities of cytological urine analysis for making the precise cytological diagnosis in patients with erythrocyturia.The study comparised 129 pateints who had the clinical diagnosis of hematuria.Cytological diagnoses werw compared with the histological ones, electron microscopya nd clinical investigations like ultrasound analysis and cystoscopy. Our model of cytological urine analysis may provide usuful information for clinicians in managing patients with hematuria as well as deciding whether to conduct biopsy. Therefore is should be used in all patients with macroscopic and microscopic erytrocyturia.
