Sažetak
U radu se prikazuju rezultati prospektivnog randomiziranog istraživanja u kojem se ispitivala korisnost prilagođavanja terapije P2Y12 inhibitora prema rezultatima testova reaktivnosti trombocita u odnosu na standardno liječenje bolesnika s akutnim koronarnim sindromom.
