Sažetak
General formula for fatigue life estimation of the parts subjected to variable amplitude load id derived in this paper. It is based on the results of sample tests at constant amplitude stress, and no data at variable amplitude tests are present in it. A special attention is paid to the low cycle fatigue problem, and to impact of statical pre-load stress on the fatigue limit.
