Sažetak
The aim of this paper is to present the system of review of general acts before and after the entry into force of the Administrative Disputes Act of 2010 , case law of the Constitutional and the High Administrative Court in reviewing the legality of general acts, to analyze the current situation and identify the problems and provide suggestions for improving the legal regulation of judicial review of general acts in Croatia .
