Sažetak
The purpose of the study is to analyze the implementation of article 9 (paragraphs 1 to 4) of the Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-Making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters (the Aarhus Convention). The objectives of the study are to identify any impediments encountered in meeting the requirements of the Convention, to provide ideas and suggestions on how such impediments may be overcome and to contribute to improving governance and environmental protection.
