Sažetak
The article obtains basic elements of the operating managemant of the small enterprise. First at all they are worked out globally and then the control of single work processes. That signified that the global control relates to marketing, organization and finances. To this is a continuation of production managemant, reserves of reproductive material with quality and development. The particularity of operating managemant is, that the owner have to be educated multidisciplinary as he could successful control the work process.
