Sažetak
This paper present a theoretical framework of literature research of factors concerning teachers' acceptance of technology and innovation in the field of e-learning and competencies for its application in higher education institutions. Based on the research findings, the dimensions have been singled out and described, as well as factors of conceptual model of teacher’s competence for e-learning implementation in hybrid learning environment, as a foundation for future empirical studies and guidelines for teachers' professional growth.
