Sažetak
The migratory corrosion inhibitors for the protection of reinforcing steel in concrete are substances, which can be used as an admixture during batching operation or by coating it on the surface of existing concrete structure. This paper presents the results of the determination of the effectiveness of the migratory inhibitors for the corrosion protection of reinforcing steel in concrete for an admixture application. The effectiveness of the migrating inhibitor for the protection of reinforcing steel from the corrosion has been tested according to modified ASTM G 109. The results show that the migrating corrosion inhibitor is compatible with the components of concrete and that it delays the onset of corrosion of reinforcing steel in concrete.
