Sažetak
Throughout economic history entrepreneurs and managers have been encountered with a variety of business cycles, and have used different methods to overcome the impacts of the crisis. In order to achieve their business objectives management task is to find an adequate model of leadership that fits their needs and implement it into their business. Therefore, company’s adaptation to changing business conditions includes structural, sometimes even radical changes in management, and managerial aspect of the strategy that can help company to resolve its internal and external problems. The aim of this paper is to analyze the empirical research and to identify which methods of leadership do entrepreneurs and managers consider most important, and what are the methods of leadership that defines them and their companies. The survey wants to contribute to the knowledge of leadership style as a source of competitive advantage, but also as a way of shaping a modern and successful entrepreneurs and managers. The empirical study was done by a questionnaire on a sample of Bosnian and Herzegovinian companies
