Sažetak
Ethical implications of neuroscience have been a subject of interest already for a long time, however, the beginning of 21 century brought exponential growth in interest for this field. This resulted in numerous meetings, books, publications and organisations that are dedicated to this topic. Discussions about influencing or improving the brain causes hot reactions. Mainly, because the brain is the organ related to our consciousness, to our sense of self, the organ of our individuality. Our brain is the part of us that gives us inteligence, curiosity and feelings. The main bifurcation in the field of Neuroethics is on Ethics of Neuroscience and Neuroscience of Ethics. In the lecture will be presented a map of the Ethics of Neuroscience field, with comprehensive overview of issues that rise from monitoring and manipulating the brain, as well as the fact that the brain is the organ of the mind.
