Sažetak
We analysed the immunological status of peripheral blood in patients with adult periodontits (AP) and rapidly progressive periodontitis (RPP). Tested were non-specifical and specific cellular immunity. Results of non-specific immunity showed significantly lower phagocitic ability in RPP patients. Specific immunity was evidently higher in that group. Indicator of humoral immunity in RPP showed decreased level of serum IgG and IgA.
