Sažetak
MAS (Multi Agent Systems), belong to the field of the AI (Artificial Intelligence), the study dealing with the construction manners of the complex systems using a larger number of agents and with their behavior adjustment. MAS can be defined as the groups of entities (agents) working together to solve the problems not solvable by their individual skills and know-how. Business decisions are based on extracting useful knowledge from different data sources. It might be huge digital data sets like an internal data warehouse or external sources like the web. Every of these aspects requires smart solutions, analytics services, programming tools and applications. Tasks like information retrieval, creating OLAP (On-Line Analytical Processing) cubes which provides multidimensional data, faster query execution can be executed by intelligent agents. As volume of data growing continuously insurance companies have to be able handle it. Agent Technology has potential to become the key technology in the development of organizations, as well as for the management of the increasing amount of information. This paper describes how to implement MAS which gathering useful knowledge from data source and automate specific process for better business decision relying on JADE architecture.
