Sažetak
This report presents the measurements of Ferrite Polymer Compound (FPC) layers applied on a planar inductor. The measurements are based on a 3k- experiment in FPC layer parameters. The measurement data is analysed using electromagnetic simulations thus producing estimates of the permeability and permittivity of the FPC layers.
