Sažetak
Detection of neurophysiologic markers of primary motor cortex for laryngeal muscle representation and opercular part of Broca's area. Group of patients undergoing awake craniotomy and group of healthy subjects. Application of direct cortical stimulation, transcranial electrical stimulation, and transcranial magnetic stimulation to primary motor cortex for laryngeal muscles, and to Broca's area, respectively. Recording of evoked responses from laryngeal muscles. Electrodes inserted percutaneously into cricothyroid muscle.
