Sažetak
Predominant Neogene sediments of Mt. Požeška Gora are thrust by a Late Cretaceous magmatic complex whose roots are located southward in the Sava-Vardar Zone of the North Dinarides. The allochthonous Late Cretaceous complex is composed of Senonian fossiliferous clastic and carbonate sediments which are interlayered with basalts, alkali-feldspar rhyolites with ignimbrites and pyroclastics. On the rhyolites and granitoids a Sr-isochron age of 72 Ma was obtained.
