Sažetak
In the article the author analyses human responses on the development and implementation of information within the Croatian companies. Based on the results of the empirical study including the sample of 120 computer professionals working in the construction, manufacturing and service sector of teconomy it may be possible to concluse that the following factors influence the attitudes towards IT: the form of organization, type of grouping, company culture and its philosophy of development.
