Sažetak
The author analyzes the aspects of a contemporary view of self determination, alongside with the concept of sovereinty. The author asserts that today we are witnessing a controversial approach to self-determination, and that self-determination does not have a leverage in international law and international relations as it used to have it before, when the two concepts - sovereignity and self-determination were at
the core of the debate among international lawyers.
