Sažetak
According to some contemporary economic theorists (e. g. Samuelson, Weitzman) the crucial issue that contemporary economy in crisis is dealing with is concept of stagflation. This notion of stagflation we might describe as disparity between labor offer and labor supply at the market place and price of the labor, as well. From the philosophical, that is, ethical point of view, the concept of labor is connected with some higher purpose - than material one: it involves how to live our live as human beings in wholeness, what is matter of ethics, not of economics. The main issue of this elaboration that will be discussed in further pages is focused on the question of labor ethics, that is, business ethics and its necessity in contemporary economic and business practice.
