Sažetak
This paper analyses the impact of ICT on library management. Processes of gradual switching from traditional and hybrid to digital libraries are presented in the paper. All the elements of library management influenced by ICT : purchase-interlibrary loan are described. The second part of the paper gives a comparisin of Croatian libraries with American, German, French library systems. It's noticeable that Croatian as well as foreign libraries haven't still digitalized their collections completely. Further using snd development of ICT is still ahead of us.
