Sažetak
This project is ordered by client Planum d.o.o. from Slavonski Brod and investor Fisia Babcock Environment GmbH from Gummersbach. Static calculation of strength of buckstays as well as hangers of boiler was carried out for the industrial waste incineration boiler in Wuppertal, Germany. Performed calculations are necessary for detailed design of boiler parts. Besides this project, Mechanical Engineering Faculty in Slavonski Brod was successfully made several more projects related to statics and strength of boilers, Bolzano and Milano, and with that gained one more significant reference in calculation of boilers. Boiler in Wuppertal has nominal power of 40 MW and it is S-Steam boiler type. The working pressure is 53 bar and temperature of produced steam is 430 °C.
