Quality of corporate governance has been a subject of interest and controversy in a variety of disciplines. Main issue in determining the quality of corporate governance systems is in the possibility of convergence. The difference and similarities across different segments of corporate governance quality ought to give us a handle on the patterns according to which the causes and effects of institutional development change from one setting to another.
