Sažetak
In this paper the autors analyse Croatian legal provisions contained in the Maritime Code, Labour act, Protection at Work Act, Civil Obligations Act dealing with the shipowner's liability for death or physical injury of crewmembers. In their concluding remarks, they point out that the Croatian legal solutions could be regarded as being very successful.
