Sažetak
Suicide is often, cowardly escape from existential difficulties as a result of total desperateness of life, which in subjective/individual evaluation the life doesn't have any more sense. In last few decades, trend of suicide is in substantial increase and it is continuously growing up, which is confirmed by alarming data from many countries, as well as from Croatia. Demographical data and sociological factors correlated to this phenomenon are often very complex and they are including interdisciplinary connection, integration and interaction of: sociological, cultural, economical, physiological, intrapsychical and other elements.
