Sažetak
The purpose of this work was to evaluate treatment procedure of partial pulpotomy in teeth with uncompleted and completed apexogenesis. The procedure was performed on 23 teeth with traumatically exposed pulp in 22 patients. The method used in this study was proposed by Cvek. Two components chemically curing calcium hydroxide (Alkaliner or Dycal) preparation was used for dressing of the pulpal wound. Pulp sensibility testing was performed by electrical tester at 7, 15 and 30 days, and 6, 12, 24 and 36 months after completed procedure. Complete apexogenesis was found in 20 teeth (86, 9 percent), and incomplete apexogenesis in three teeth (13, 1 percent). Preservation of pulp sensibility after 12 months was 100 percent and after 36 months was 95, 6 percent. The results shows that teeth with completed apexogenesis can be treated by partial pulpotomy with high success.
