Sažetak
Fusarium wilt is now the most serious disease of the gerbera. It can cause considerable economic losses and on some nurseries is probably the mayor single factor which prevents the continuous gerbera cultivation. The benzimidazoles and thiophanote-methyl mixed with propamocarb- hydrochoride are generally not very effective for the control of this wilt although there are some reports of success in their application. Biological fungicide root Shield (trade name) containing active ingredient Trichoderma harzianum strain T-22 recently developed by researches in a special microbial breeding program at glasshouse is being used by growers to prevent potentially harmful fungi from damaging roots. The best result s were obtaind with Trichoderma harzianum added drop by drop with water using computer types Midi Aqua 2.0. We are not organic growers, but we try to use our chemical substances to minimum.
