Sažetak
Personal data represents all data (identifiers) which refer to single person with confirmed identity. Identifiers can be name and last name, network IP address, MAC address, GPS location, telephone number, personal ID, biometric data and other relavant data linked with personal identity. European union brought new regulation of personal data protection: General Data protection Regulation (GDPR) which will apply in Croatia from 25th May 2018. This paper will analise differences between new GDPR regulation in comparison with currently personal data protection directive from the year 1995.
