Sažetak
Important reasons for national traffic politics conception in Croatia on both state and local, regional levels have been analyzed. The actual relationship between needs and possibilities has been explained and the levels of important project realisation have been exploited. Main reasons for restoring some important institutions, corridors and programmes (UN/ECE, ITC, TEN...) mostly road network projects between Northern Europe and the Adriatic have been mentioned. The TINA and TEM projects have been specified. The "Via Baltica" project with its branches and TEM-Scandinavia in the north together with the imbuing of Pan-European corridors and EU-projects have been researched. The importance of Pan-European corridors V and X crossroads has been explained by pointing out the importance of railroad network and the Danube-the Sava channel ; potentials of the road E 73 between Baranja and the Neretva mouth have been separately analyzed.
