Sažetak
The measurement system has been investigated, designed, measured and evaluated. Hence, the whole production cycle is completed. Several challenges with the measurement equipment and process were encountered during the measuring step. It is noticed how the VCSEL is a complicated structure and when it is used in the differential measurement system a deeper analysis is required. At the end, several measurement results were acquired based upon what evaluation was performed. In the last step of the cycle, the evaluation, it has been noticed how current design does not meet the specification completely and that future work is necessary. The future work should focus on how to improve the design and to meet the specifications. A deeper analysis of the VCSEL and its bias network should be performed.
