Sažetak
The purpose of the chapter is to explain the interrelationships between trade markets of Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Serbia, whose countries have experienced the same political, economical and social changes due to their post-war market orientation. Particularly, the research is focused on the relationships between retailers and their suppliers, the effects of 2008 financial crisis, and changes in customer behaviour on those markets.
