Sažetak
Acoustic logging enables easier interpretation of seismic lines in finding the subsurface geological structure regardless whether it is 2D or 3D technique. Program SEIZLOG enabled quick and reliable calculation of basic seismic parameters such as; single transit time, interval velocities, acoustic impedance and reflection coefficient. Shale, marl, clay and silty beds are present on the whole Vlora-Panaja Block and they represent good seals and cap rocks of carbonate and sand reservoirs. Normal compaction trend reaches the depth up to 800-1000 m; after that the overpressure zone begins. Maximal gradient of formation pressure is 1.7 kg/dm3. Our opinion is that these data will be of great use in well construction and well completion.
