Sažetak
The paper focuses on the Equal Pay Day in Croatia. It starts with the basic data on the gender pay gap in general, while the particular attention is devoted to the fact that the Equal Pay Day, though recently introduced, is going almost unnoticed, and in general does not attract much of policy attention. There are only a few marginal activities which are worth mentioning and which are briefly discussed. At the end, the paper discusses the possibility of transferring policy solutions from other countries, particularly the Belgium, Estonian and Spanish examples.
