Sažetak
The paper analyses the gender pay gap in Croatia and presents the main data on the gender pay gap, its different aspects, and offers comparison with the EU data. It also analyses the policy context, and notes the discrepancy between the recent policy documents and lack of any meaningful practical actions in tackling the gender pay gap, Finally, it discusses the possibility of transferring the policy solutions from other countries, particularly the Austrian and German examples.
