Sažetak
The case note discusses the AG's Opinion and the judgment in the CJEU case Forster, which dealt with a claim of indirect nationality-based discrimination against students from other EU Member States in the Netherlands. It is argued that the case was a deliberate step backward from the expansive standard for the protection of EU citizenship rights elaborated in previous case law.
