Sažetak
The first phase of the project is the development of the Strategic Integrated Cantonal Development Strategy for the period from 2014 to 2020. Strategic part contains situational analysis, identified main development problems and needs, SWOT analysis, vision and development goals. Defined objectives are associated with strategic development document of higher levels and with other existing development plans. The period of strategic planning platform is February 20 to June 1, 2013. Technical assistance is foreseen through KOR in developing situational analysis, strategic planning training, SWOT and PESTLE analysis and vision goals and priorities, as well as technical assistance in the drafting of the same, and the unification of all parts of the strategic platform in a single document.
