Workshop on Regulatory Challenges in the Electronic Communications Market was held within the programme of the 20th International Conference on Software, Telecommunications and Computer Networks (SoftCOM 2012). The proceedings include fourteen papers resulting from the research project Looking to the Future initiated by the Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency (HAKOM) in collaboration with Croatian universities (Zagreb, Split, Osijek).
