Sažetak
The group of 25 young men (average age: 22 years) were examined with 12 morphological measures, which estimate volume and body mass and underskin fat tissue. The measures were controlled four times every 45 days. The analyse of differences between each measure denotes the body activity, in which dominate endurance and repetitive strength, has important influence on reduction of fat tissue, especially on the abdomen and leg skin fold. The result was bigger on muscles mass. These changes were the result of quantity adaptation and were observed through four changeable factors on the firs and second stage and through the next three factors in the third stage.
