Sažetak
The thesis presents an importance of Social Network Analysis (SNA), where are described fundamental charasteristics of social networks that are crucial in the process of analysis. The focus is mostly on the Social Network Analysis than on on use of social networks and having to do with that, there are described in detail the charasteristics of social networks, network models and tools that are used for the analysis. It describes the purpose of the Social Network Analysis, in order to approach te idea which now leans more and more organizations. There is also noted a number of principels for the construction and analysis of implicit social networks. At the end, there is described the analysis of real implicit soical network. That analysis covers almost all network properties, such as node degree, centrality, clustering, communities etc. The analysis includes assumptions based on certain network characteristics, which are later justified or negated with the analysis of real data.
