Sažetak
The theme of this work is "TECHNOLOGY OF ENTRY outlet chamber" which is used in the thermal power plant. It describes a complete technology development of header and functioning of the power plant. Defined material for making the chamber in this case the 16Mo3 that is used in the production of parts for the plant because of its exceptional resistance to high temperatures, pressures and the impact of corrosion. In the production, there is multiple different requirements for machining processes. These are steps at entrance of material in the process to the finalization and completion of the finished product ready for delivery. The procedure of determining additions to the original dimensions of header and their location with respect to the initial conditions. It is defined by a complete machining technology at machining center AXA VHC3-XTS50 and order all the associated operations during the manufacturing process. Specified parameters for processing operations during individual development. Implemented a complete range of tools, tiles that were used on some tools, holders of certain types of tools, specifications and scope. Analsys of occurrence of frequent disturbances that cause problems during production and their impact on final dimensions and tolerances. Tehnoeconomic cost analysis of making such products including starting material. Execution control of raw material inputs in production until to finished product. Controlling dimensionally, visually, with nondestructive and control in tooling and during some operations. Included is the choice of a machining center, running the entire treatment including complete operating regimes have been used in the preparation of header. Defined complete technical specifications of the machine obtained from manufacturer with a complete range of strokes per axes, power of machine, number of tools and a host of other information needed to identify the individual specifications. Eventually conclude with possibilities for improvement and various variants of improving existing processes, technology and quality of processing respecting the default limits set with initial conditions of technical documentation.
