Sažetak
Starting with the Reform of 1975. there have been "reforms of reforms" in Croatia (1976, 1980, 1991. 2000.) that tried to bring the system closes to the average European one. Problems that union are is transfers / horisontal and pentical), big clossroms teacher training, vocational guidance, entrance axams, learge number of drop-onts at the University level and credit system.
