Sažetak
One of the important tasks in the operation of the virtual enterprise is the choice of suppliers. As a rule there are a number of potential suppliers who are limited in terms of size, quality, etc., i.e. no supplier can satisfy all requirements of the factory, so it has to order from a number of different suppliers. The management of the virtual entrprise has to rank suppliers in terms of priority and quantities ordered during a particular period. This paper develops the procedure of supplier selection by multicriterial analysis and gives an example of its application in a concrete factory.
